RIP #JonathanGold. Essential to the LA experience. Progenitor of the "foodie" explosion, but his brand was one of curiosity, warmth, bonhomie, teaching.
Met him once before he had outed himself. I was nervous but he couldn't have been nicer. Gone so quickly & way too soon...
