Uplifting, stirring historical drama about a story we really should see much more often. Nice work by Lemmons & estimable cast, Alwyn, live-wire #HenryHunterHall(he *has* to play #Prince in the inevitable biopic!), moving Monae, all sturdily led by steely #CynthiaErivo.
