Wow, the very definition of that seminal phrase uttered by the late, great Jim McKay.
Per The New York Times, this was Abdelkader Chadi of Algeria winning against Sailom Adi of Thailand in their featherweight boxing match.
Here is that opening line of ABC's Wide World of Sports that I grew up watching every Sunday on Doordarshan back in the day:
