Met up with my old pal Karan "Toad" Mehta yesterday. He was visiting with his family all the way from En-Why-See.
Family? Yup, it now includes (in addition to his lovely wife Sam) the cutest little boy Ishaan (nickname "Golu").
Seriously, that's one extremely sweet little boy. He's standing up now, which means it's only a matter of time before he starts running. Ooh boy, something tells me Toad is gonna lose more weight.
It was nice to see an old friend all grown up. Fatherhood just fits Toad like a glove and he was glowing...I mean I had heard that mothers glowed (glew?) in the presence of their kids but fathers? Who knew?
Sometimes, growing up doesn't seem all that bad.
